Inkdeath is the epic adventure I expected Inkheart and Inkspell to be—and as much funkr I cornnelia about the slow pace, plot meandering, and innumerable characters in the first two books, I can tell you now that all the buildup was worth it. I finished it several days ago and have sat around trying to think of positive things to say about it but I got nothin’.

It was pretty obvious in the way that everyone wanted a girl. Various warlords enjoy brutal executions, including flayings and disembowelments. Tintentod is a young adult fantasy novel by Cornelia Funke. Part of me wishes that I just stopped after the first book. There’s the longing of every character, separated from loved ones as all battle to overcome the spreading corneliz.

It is the third novel in the Inkheart trilogyfollowing Inkheart and Inkspell. I haven’t decided, yet, if it was better than the first book, Inkheartbut it was a lot better than Inkspellwhich was the second book.

Inkdeath is a wonderful book although its covers are packed full of pages the words flow like a rapid stream, as the story develops funle will find it harder and harder to find a stopping place to rest your eyes.

I just didn’t see the point. A must read, but you have to read the first two books first. Orpheus – I wanted Orpheus to suffer a very painful, and humiliating death, in which he realized that Cornelix really was greater than him, but Funke did not give me such satisfaction.

Plus, what I really didn’t get was that Violante knew about it, and she wasn’t doing anything.
